No stars if possible

I downloaded this app which was practically impossible to sign up for using my personal email which the site said was already taken. Yah, taken by me and would not let me use my email to sign up for the app. Absolutely ridiculous. Then, once I was able to use it, it crashed every time I tried to scan something. This app is worthless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
